Jefferson Enterprise Password Policy

Your new password must meet the following requirements:

  • Passwords must still contain a minimum of 15 characters but can be as long as 64 characters.
  • Must not contain your username.
  • Must not repeat any of your previous 5 passwords.
  • Passwords may contain spaces, which will count as a special character.
  • Passwords must meet the following requirements:
    • Must contain at least 1 uppercase letter
    • Must contain at least 1 lowercase letter
    • Must contain at least 1 digit
    • Must contain at least 1 special character

For Jefferson Health, Jefferson Corporate & Jefferson Health Plan Users

If you know your password and still wish to reset it, please select the option, “I forgot my password”.


For LVHN Users: Options to Reset Your Password

  1. While working on a Leigh Vally Health Network computer on site: Update your password on your computer by pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL and choosing “Change a Password”.
  2. While off-site: Update your password on your computer by going to https://selfhelp.lvh.com to select Preferences > General and follow the instructions provided on the screen.
